INTRODUCING OUR FAVOURITE ARTISAN CHOCOLATIER, AUDREY BROWN
Originally from Montreal, Audrey began her professional career as a Speech and Language Pathologist. For fourteen years, Audrey was working hard at Providence Care providing her service to patients. However, after Audrey had a small stroke, she decided she needed a change in direction.
Audrey’s enthusiasm for food and passion for chocolate motivated her career change. She took the necessary steps to learn technique and various styles of moulding chocolate by enrolling in a professional chocolatier program.
“I wanted to create something that would evoke memories and create new memories.”
In 2016, CocoaBistro was founded in Kingston, Ontario. Audrey felt Kingston was the perfect place to push the boundaries of unique and vibrant artisanal chocolate. Kingston is a city which supports local businesses and values strong community connection. Seven years later, she has built a strong following amongst locals, and continues to build a strong connection with entrepreneurs and community institutions

Our artisanal chocolate is made with sustainable sources and is completely peanut free. There are vegan, non-dairy, and gluten-friendly options. Our ingredients include Callebaut and Cacao Barry couverture chocolate, fresh locally-sourced cream and butter, and natural flavours that result from the infusion of fresh ingredients.
