The flavour of a quintessentially Canadian experience, complete with King’s Lock Distillery Maple Pecan whisky, smoky Lapsang Souchong tea from Cha Cha Tea and dark chocolate.

Few can resist this combo of Earl Grey from Cha Cha Tea, local gin and our milk chocolate ganache.

We really love guava! Its hard-to-describe tropical flavour happens to pair so well with white chocolate ganache and a dark chocolate anatomical heart.

A fan favourite is back once again! Belgian white chocolate ganache is the perfect backdrop to showcase these Italian flavours. Fresh basil is steeped in hot cream and combined with the liquor and fresh lemon juice.

Luscious dark chocolate pairs with coconut oil for a cool “creamsicle” experience.

Hand-crafted tahini blended with Belgian milk chocolate, toasted sesame seeds and just a touch of chili heat.

Sweet and spicy!  Our caramel, laced with chipotle pepper, is the perfect Canadian superhero.

Simplicity never tasted so good. Pure Madagascar vanilla bean in rich milk chocolate ganache.

The Vietnamese enjoy strong coffee with a healthy dose of sweetened condensed milk. We have faithfully recreated that sensation here, along with our Belgian milk chocolate ganache.
